The following pages act as your personal journey. You don’t even have to go out buying a notebook….it’s right here for you!


And don’t give me any excuses about you haven’t got the time to do it!


Take just 10 minutes per week, sit down and jot down your thoughts to:


  1. What have I got to be grateful for in my life right now?

  2. What am I happy about in my life right now?

  3. Why am I happy about these things?

  4. What did I accomplish last week?

  5. What am I excited about in my life right now?

  6. Who do I love and appreciate in my life? Who do I like hanging around? Why?

  7. Who loves and appreciates me for what I am? Warts ‘n all!



Everyone has 24 hours per day 7 days per week. That’s 1440 minutes per day or 10,080 minutes per week…….take 10 of those just for you and watch the world of difference it will make for the other 10,070!


Instructions: Think on and answer these questions at the start of each week Use the following pages and record your answers. Take about 10 minutes (or more) for this powerful exercise and it will set you up for success.


Whenever you need a powerful boost during the week, then answer them again whenever you want to feel centered and remind yourself of what you have got going for yourself in your life right now.

10 means you think it is completely true and you believe it.

of fine tuning and increasing your confidence in a couple of areas.

65 - 99
You have a medium to high ranking in self esteem. Most
of the time you are ok, there are times when you can feel rock
bottom. You need more consistent feelings that you are
confident and learn to experience these more regularly.

30 - 64
You have low levels of self esteem.
You lack confidence in yourself in most areas and need to have
an overall confidence building plan.

0 - 29
You have reached rock bottom and think that everything and
everyone is against you. You are stuck in a rut and need to
get out of it quick
